Services are dependent on third-party operators, billers, banks, payment gateways, and service providers. We are not responsible for delays, failures, or service interruptions caused by such third-party systems.
A transaction is considered successful only after confirmation from the relevant operator, biller, payment gateway, or bank. In case of failure, refund processing will follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
